The SWL QSL Museum Russia Asia Voice of Delina via Armavir Transmitter Site - Krasnodar - Clandestine - Station Overview    QSL Contributed by Hashimoto Kenji (Japan) The Eritrean shortwave radio station Voice of Delina (later known as Voice of Meselna Delina)  was produced by the Tesfa Delina Foundation based in Cerritos, California. During 2005, its Tigrinya and  English-language broadcasts were relayed to Eritrea via the Armavir transmitter site in Krasnodar, Russia.
